01 Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to apply for membership, use gaming facilities, or access age-restricted content. We may request proof of age and identity at any time, and reserve the right to decline entry or service where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

02 Membership & Waitlist

• Membership is by invitation only. Joining the waitlist is a request to be considered and does not guarantee an offer of membership.
• A limited number of memberships are released each season, at the Estate's sole discretion.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your details up to date.
• Membership is personal, non-transferable, and may be suspended or revoked for conduct that breaches these terms or house rules.

03 Reservations & Events

Reservations for dining, stays and events are subject to availability and to any specific terms, dress codes or cancellation policies communicated at the time of booking. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

04 Responsible Gaming

Gaming is offered as entertainment for adults. We support responsible play and provide tools and information on request, including self-exclusion. Please play within your means. If gambling stops being enjoyable, seek support.

05 Acceptable Use

• Use this website only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or provide false information.

06 Intellectual Property
